Right now, our collections are offered in XS/S and M/L. We design each piece with versatility and ease in mind, allowing for a comfortable, flexible fit.

If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at hello@maisonile.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests before the order is processed or shipped.

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its delivery.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, we suggest checking nearby delivery areas, with neighbors, or with your building’s front desk or management. You may also contact the carrier directly, as they are often able to provide additional delivery details.

If you’re unable to locate your package after five business days, please email us at hello@maisonile.com with your order number and shipping information, and we’ll do our best to assist.

For added peace of mind, Route Shipping Protection is available at checkout. If selected, Route covers lost or stolen packages and manages replacement or refund requests directly. Claims are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.

While Maison Île cannot be responsible for packages once marked as delivered, we care deeply about your experience and are always happy to help guide you through next steps.

Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. If an item has been washed or worn before contacting us, we’re unable to offer an exchange for wrong size or damage.

For best results, wash cold and inside out with a clear detergent. Air dry to maintain fit and shape, and use a warm iron if needed.

All sales are final, and Maison Île does not offer returns or exchanges at this time. Each piece is produced in limited quantities with a focus on mindful, small-batch production, which helps us reduce excess inventory and unnecessary waste.
